Casa Gea 5 è una caratteristica villetta in pietra viva di 50 m2, immersa nel verde, con una magnifica vista mare ed autentica campagna italiana. Se siete alla ricerca di un luogo tranquillo, dove trascorrere la vostra vacanza in coppia all’insegna dell’assoluto relax, Casa Gea 5 è la soluzione che fa per voi. Questa confortabile e pittoresca casetta è composta da 1 soggiorno-cucina, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale, 1 bagno , un terrazzino e un patio privato, attrezzato con ombrellone, tavolo e sedie per poter fare colazione, pranzare o cenare all’aperto godendosi il panorama, il clima mite della zona e vivendo al meglio lo stretto contatto con la natura.
La villetta può ospitare massimo 2 persone. Nella camera da letto c’e 1 letto matrimoniale. Su richiesta è disponibile una culla.
Tutta la villetta è arredata in stile rustico, curato nel dettaglio. L’atmosfera rustica viene sottolineata dalle piastrelle di cotto sul pavimento, soffitto di legno , le pareti in pietra viva. Il bagno è rifinito con molto gusto, con alcuni pareti in pietra viva, grande lavabo in marmo, finestra. Le pareti sono impreziosite con il mosaico color beige.
La villetta è dotata di tutti i confort necessari : area condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo (extra, a consumo), TV , frigo con freezer, 4 fornelli a gas, bollitore, forno a microonde, lavatrice, barbecue portatile (su richiesta). La cucina è attrezzata con un tavolo e sedie, mobiletti da cucina con le stoviglie e dispone di una bellissima porta-finestra con balconcino alla francese con splendida vista mare. La camera da letto matrimoniale dispone di 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 divanetto e una finestra con vista mare panoramica. Nel bagno c’e la doccia con acqua calda e fredda, grande lavabo, WC ed il bidet, phon.

This confortable and picturesque House is composed of 1 living room-kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a balcony and a private patio, equipped with umbrella,table and chairs, where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner outside, delighted by the view.
The gentle climate of the area will help you experience the best, closest contact with nature.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. In the bedroom there is one double bed. On request a cot is available.The whole house is decorated in rustic style, mantaining a precise care for details. The rustic atmosphere is underlined by the terracotta floor tiles, wooden ceiling, stone walls.
The bathroom is finished with taste, with some stone walls, large marble sink, window. The walls are adorned with beige mosaic.
The villa is equipped with all necessary comforts: conditioning and heating area (extra, according to consumption), TV, fridge with freezer, 4 burner gas stove,kettle, microwave, washing machine, portable barbecue (on request).
The kitchen is equipped with a table and chairs, kitchen cabinets with kitchenware and has a beautiful French balcony with stunning sea view.
The bedroom has 1 double bed, 1 sofa and a window with panoramic sea views.
The bathroom has a shower with hot and cold water, large wash basin, toilet and bidet, hair dryer.
