Casa Gea 8 è una caratteristica villetta in pietra di 55 m2 circa, immersa nel verde del Parco Le Palme. Questa confortabile ed elegante casetta è composta da 1 cucina completamente attrezzata, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, 1 bagno , un terrazzo e un giardinetto privato attrezzato con i mobili da giardino in ferro battuto : le sdraie, divanetto, tavolo con 4 sedie per poter fare colazione, pranzare o cenare all’aperto godendosi il panorama, il clima mite della zona e vivendo al meglio lo stretto contatto con la natura.
La villetta può ospitare massimo 4 persone ed è arredata in stile moderno, curato nel dettaglio. I mobili bianchi di cucina e il pavimento con le piastrelle color beige creano un’atmosfera fresca e donano più luce a questo ambiente. Dalla cucina si può uscire direttamente sul terrazzo con vista mare e giardino circostante. Entrambe le camere da letto matrimoniali dispongono di 1 letto matrimoniale, 2 comodini, appendiabiti (al posto di un armadio tradizionale), finestre con vista giardino. Su richiesta è disponibile una culla. Il bagno è decorato con il mosaico color beige, e dispone di una doccia con acqua calda e fredda, lavabo, specchio, WC ed il bidet, phon, piccola finestra.
La villetta è dotata di tutti i confort necessari : area condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo (extra, a consumo), TV a plasma , piccolo frigo con reparto freezer, 2 fornelli a gas, doppio lavandino, fornetto elettrico, forno a microonde, bollitore, barbecue portatile (su richiesta), stendino (non c’e la lavatrice). La cucina è attrezzata con un tavolo e 4 sedie, mobiletti da cucina di buona fattura con le stoviglie.

Casa Gea 7 is a characteristic stone house of about 55 m2, surrounded by greenery of the park Le Palme.
This confortable and elegant house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom ,a terrace and a private garden equipped with furniture in wrought iron, sun beds, sofa, table with 4 chairs, where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch,or dinner outside, delighted by the view.
The gentle climate of the area will help you experience the best, closest contact with nature.
The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, is decorated in a modern style, perfect in every detail.
The white kitchen furniture and the floor with beige tiles create a refreshing atmosphere and give more light to this environment.
From the kitchen you can go out directly into the terrace with sea views and surrounding garden.
The main bedroom has 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables, clothes-hangers (instead of a traditional closet), window overlooking the garden.
On request a cot is available.
The second bedroom has always a double bed, 2 bedside tables, clothes-hangers (instead of the traditional closet), window overlooking the garden.The bathroom is decorated with beige mosaic, and has a shower with hot and cold water, sink, mirror, toilet and bidet, hair dryer, small window.
The villa is equipped with all necessary comforts: conditioning and heating area (extra, according to consumption), plasma TV,small fridge freezer, 2-burner gas cooker, double sink, microwave, kettle, portable barbecue (on request), clothes horse (there is no washing machine).
The kitchen is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, cabinets and good workmanship kitchen with kitchenware.
