Casa Gea 1 è una villetta in muratura di 75 m2, immersa nel verde, con una magnifica vista mare. Questa confortabile casetta è composta da 1 soggiorno-cucina, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale, 1 camera con i letti a castello, 1 bagno e un giardino privato di circa 180 m2, attrezzato con il gazebo, tavolo e sedie per poter fare colazione, pranzare o cenare all’aperto godendosi il panorama, il clima mite della zona e vivendo al meglio il contatto con la natura.
La villetta si trova al pianterreno e può ospitare massimo 5 persone. Ci sono 4 posti letto fissi nelle camere da letto , in più si puoi aggiungere 1 letto supplementare nel salone-cucina.
Tutta la villetta è arredata in stile rustico con la prevalenza del colore azzurro e blu, curata nel dettaglio. L’atmosfera rustica viene sottolineata anche dalle piastrelle di cotto sul pavimento e soffitto di legno con i travi a vista. Il bagno è impreziosito con il pavimento in piastrelle di maiolica.
La villetta è dotata di tutti i confort necessari : area condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo (extra, a consumo), TV , frigo con freezer, 4 fornelli a gas, forno a microonde, lavatrice.
La cucina è attrezzata con un tavolo e 6 sedie, mobiletti da cucina con le stoviglie, divanetto, barbecue portatile (su richiesta).
La camera da letto matrimoniale dispone di un armadio e una finestra con vista mare panoramica. La seconda camera da letto è più piccola, dispone di 2 letti a castello e una piccola presa d’aria nella parte alta del muro (non una finestra tradizionale) . Su richiesta è disponibile una culla. Nel bagno c’e la doccia con acqua calda e fredda, lavabo, WC ed il bidet, phon.

Casa Gea 1 is a brick house of 75 m2, surrounded by greenery, with a magnificent sea view.
This confortable house is composed of 1 living room-kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, one bathroom and a private garden of 180 m2,equipped with gazebo, table and chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch or dine while enjoying the view.
The gentle climate of the area will help you experience the best, closest contact with nature. The house is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 5 people.
There are 4 fixed beds in the bedrooms, plus we can add 1 extra bed in the living room-kitchen.
The whole house is decorated in rustic style with prevalence of light blue and blue, perfect in every detail.
The rustic atmosphere is also emphasized by the terracotta tiles on the floor and wooden ceiling with exposed beams. The bathroom is decorated with tiled floor tiles.
The villa is equipped with all necessary comforts: conditioning and heating area (extra, according up to consumption), TV, fridge freezer, 4-burner gas cooker, microwave, washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with a table and 6 chairs, kitchen cabinets with kitchenware, sofa, portable barbecue (on request).
The main bedroom has a closet and a window with panoramic sea views.
The second bedroom is smaller, with 2 bunk beds and a small vent in the upper part of the wall (not a traditional window).
On request a cot is available.
The bathroom has a shower with hot and cold water, sink, toilet and bidet, hair dryer.
