L’ampia cucina attrezzata dispone di una luminosa sala da pranzo con vista sulla piscina e sul Golfo.

It is a spacious villa with large garden, with car park and swimming pool located in a panoramic position overlooking the Gulf, a few minutes from the center.
It has 3 double bedrooms and a main bedroom with sitting area, double bed and an adjoining single room.
Villa Gea is spacious and equipped with wifi and air conditioning.
Upstairs it is decorated in Mediterranean style with tiles, while at the ground floor and first floor you will find a cozy wooden parquet “Iroko”.
The two upstairs bathrooms are luxurious, with marbled bathrooms, while the 2 bathrooms on the lower floor are decorated with bright majolica tiles.
The large kitchen has a bright dining room overlooking the pool and the Gulf.
