Casa Gea 3 è una villetta in muratura di 55 m2, immersa nel verde, con la magnifica vista mare. Questa confortabile casetta è composta da 1 soggiorno-cucina, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale, 1 piccola cameretta (5m2) con 1 letto singolo, 1 bagno, giardino privato con il vialetto d’ingresso che conduce verso la casa, e il terrazzo-patio coperto di circa 20m2, attrezzato con il tavolo e sedie per poter fare colazione, pranzare o cenare all’aperto godendosi il panorama, il clima mite della zona e vivendo al meglio lo stretto contatto con la natura.
La villetta può ospitare massimo 3 persone. Nella camera da letto c’e un letto matrimoniale . invece nella cameretta c’e 1 letto singolo.
Tutta la villetta è arredata in stile rustico con la prevalenza del colore giallo e bianco, curata nel dettaglio. L’atmosfera rustica viene sottolineata anche dalle piastrelle di cotto sul pavimento.
La villetta è dotata dei confort necessari : riscaldamento autonomo (extra, a consumo), frigo con freezer, forno elettrico, fornelli a gas, forno a microonde, lavatrice, barbecue portatile (su richiesta), (non ci sono aria condizionata e TV). La cucina è attrezzata con un tavolo e sedie, mobiletti da cucina con le stoviglie, divanetto. Il soggiorno si comunica direttamente con il patio coperto. La camera da letto matrimoniale dispone di un armadio e un terrazzino con vista mare e doccia esterna. La seconda camera da letto è più piccola, dispone di 1 letto singolo e la piccola finestra . Su richiesta è disponibile una culla. Nel bagno c’e la doccia con acqua calda e fredda, lavabo, WC ed il bidet, phon.

Casa Gea 3 is a brick house of 55 m2, surrounded by nature, with magnificent sea view.
This confortable house is composed of 1 living room-kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 small bedroom (5m2) with 1 single bed, 1 bathroom,private garden with driveway leading to the house, and covered terrace-patio of about 20sm, equipped with table and chairs,where you can have breakfast, lunch or dine while enjoying the view.
The gentle climate of the area will help you experience the best, closest contact with nature.
The villa can accommodate up to 3 people.
In the bedroom there is a double bed, while there is 1 single bed in the secondary bedroom.
The whole house is decorated in rustic style with the prevalence of yellow and white, perfect in every detail.The rustic atmosphere is also emphasized by the terracotta tiles on the floor.
The house is equipped with the necessary comfort: central heating (extra, according to consumption), fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob,microwave, washing machine, portable barbecue (on request), (there is no air conditioning and TV).
The kitchen is equipped with a table and chairs, kitchen cabinets with kitchenware, sofa.
The living room communicates directly with the covered patio.
The main bedroom has a closet and a balcony with sea view and outdoor shower.
The second bedroom is smaller, it has just 1 single bed and a small window.
On request a cot is available.
The bathroom has a shower with hot and cold water, sink, toilet and bidet, hair dryer.
